Salary: $212,000 – $325,000 (US base salary)

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and P&L for the Fleet & Autonomous Vehicle segment.
• Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and NPI leads to ship outcomes.
• Drive the hardware portfolio, including pantograph and robotic charging solutions.
• Manage the ViriCiti software platform to provide a unified product experience.
• Develop strategic partnerships with autonomous vehicle companies and truck/bus OEMs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of shipping integrated hardware and software products.
• Experience in fleet electrification, EV charging infrastructure, or autonomous vehicles.
• Must be based in the US or Europe.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated P&L ownership of a real business line.
• Experience restructuring product teams around AI and automation.
