What you will do

• Own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for the hardware ecosystem, including sensors, compute, and vehicle integration.
• Lead requirements development and make principled architecture-level trade-offs balancing capability, cost, and deployment readiness.
• Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and perception teams to align development with strategic priorities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from requirements through deployment, building feedback loops between field operations and engineering.
• Communicate autonomy software maturity, ODD readiness, and roadmap progress to executive leadership and customers.
• Mentor the product management team and establish frameworks and norms to increase overall team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management with a substantial track record in hardware-intensive domains such as autonomous vehicles, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to own product strategy at the platform level.
• Deep technical fluency to engage credibly with sensor engineers, system architects, and firmware teams.
• History of driving alignment across large, matrixed organizations and influencing without authority.
• MS or PhD in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Must satisfy U.S. person status or citizenship requirements for sensitive roles.
