Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Warren, MI or Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $134,700–$245,000

What you will do

• Own the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap for simulation evaluation applications across autonomy capabilities.
• Drive a unified platform roadmap encompassing test management, execution, and performance analysis workflows.
• Implement systems to evaluate simulated driving and predict on-road performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Embodied AI, Software Validation, and Safety teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure evaluation tools meet internal development needs.
• Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the effectiveness of simulation evaluation products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of modern data and analytics technology stacks and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward independently.
• Strong accountability and ownership in balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
• Experience managing products focused on ML model development and evaluation.
• Experience working on evaluation, data, and metric products.
