What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term product portfolio strategy and drive prioritization using data and market insights.
• Identify growth opportunities and market trends to build business cases for product investments.
• Partner with Researchers and ML Engineers to communicate the value of Scale offerings and influence outcomes.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and customer research to inform product direction.
• Collaborate with GTM and Operations to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of Enterprise Product Management, Business Operations, or Strategy experience in fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Deep domain knowledge in Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles, Computer Vision, and/or Machine Learning.
• Proven ability to scale products from 0 to $100M+ in ARR.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California with availability for up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in a technical field.
• First-author publications at top-tier AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR, ICRA, CoRL).
