Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Lead, scale, and mentor a multi-layered product management organization rooted in operational discipline.
• Define and champion the long-term product vision and investment roadmap for HELOCs, mortgage, and personal loans.
• Direct the development of next-generation, API-first lending architecture and automated decisioning frameworks.
• Manage business performance metrics including funnel performance, close rates, and product profitability.
• Coordinate with executive stakeholders across Marketing, Credit Risk, Legal, and Engineering to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and alternative data underwriting to maintain market leadership.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in the digital consumer lending lifecycle and modern loan origination technology stacks.
• Proven experience overseeing API-first platform transformations and cloud architecture transitions.
• Strong executive presence with a track record of influencing C-suite leaders and regulatory bodies.
• Experience taking product lines from zero-to-one and scaling consumer-facing lending platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
