Salary: $196,350 - $242,550 yearly

What you will do

• Translate business strategy into scalable GTM operating models, business capabilities, and technology architecture.
• Own the long-term architectural vision and roadmap for the GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring Salesforce and adjacent platforms work as a connected platform.
• Design technology capabilities that enable intelligent automation and AI-powered workflows across the commercial organization.
• Establish architecture principles, design standards, and governance practices to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability.
• Partner with CRM Operations, IT, and Revenue Operations to align enterprise standards and implementation priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, or Enterprise Architecture within a high-growth SaaS organization.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce and the broader GTM technology ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in designing scalable operating models connecting people, process, data, and technology.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations, automation strategies, APIs, and data architectures.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior business and technical leaders.
• Must be able to work hybrid from the San Mateo, CA headquarters 3x/week (Tues-Thurs).

Nice to have

• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect certification.
• Experience with GTM platforms such as Marketo, LeanData, Gong, Clari, Workato, Snowflake, or Segment.
• Experience enabling AI-powered business capabilities through workflow automation or platform design.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives across commercial organizations.
