What you will do

• Define and maintain target-state architecture across commercial and medical ecosystems.
• Establish reference architectures and engineering standards for AI-enabled systems.
• Govern integration patterns and data flows across Salesforce, Veeva, and enterprise data platforms.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure production-ready, scalable solutions.
• Ensure architectures meet SOX, GxP, privacy, and security requirements.
• Provide final architecture authority for design reviews and major platform decisions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep expertise in CRM and commercial platforms like Salesforce and Veeva.
• Proven track record designing complex integrations and data architectures at scale.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Experience designing systems incorporating AI/ML and LLM-based capabilities.

• Experience in pharma, biotech, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of AI architectures and model control patterns.
