Salary: $105,000–$164,000 per year, with expected OTE of $121,000–$189,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the Applications & Integrations team and own the architecture, governance, roadmap, and operational support of GTM, CX, and platform applications.
• Establish application lifecycle governance for Salesforce and related applications while maintaining SOX, ITGC, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Design, develop, and deploy new integrations using scalable patterns and platforms such as Tray.io, Workato, or MuleSoft.
• Own data models, data flows, middleware administration, and scalable automation across the application ecosystem.
• Translate requirements from GTM, CX, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders into documented technical solutions.
• Lead change management, application documentation, escalation support, configuration updates, and break/fix resolution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of application administration experience in mid-to-large-scale environments supporting more than 500 users.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce integrations using Connected Apps, OAuth, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with change management, data governance, audit requirements, SOX, and ITGC standards.
• Practical experience configuring integration middleware such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Tray.io.
• Experience leading complex technical projects with cross-functional dependencies and changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; familiarity with SaaS tools such as Gong, Outreach, Marketo, and Clari.

Nice to have

• Experience building new business functions, operating procedures, or architecture from the ground up.
• Ability to balance enterprise engineering and platform governance with daily application support.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Architect certification.
