What you will do

• Own the architecture, governance, and strategic roadmap for the GTM, CX, and platform technology ecosystem.
• Design, develop, and deploy system integrations using consistent and scalable patterns.
• Establish and execute the governance framework and Application Lifecycle for Salesforce, ensuring compliance with SOX and ITGC standards.
• Administer the Tray.io iPaaS platform and lead the delivery of scalable automations.
• Partner with stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, and Legal to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on escalation management and triage for Salesforce and related SaaS applications.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago to support a hybrid work arrangement.
• 5+ years of application administration experience in mid-to-large scale environments (500+ users).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce integration methods including Connected Apps, OAuth, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Practical experience with integration middleware such as Workato, Mulesoft, or Tray.io.
• Strong background in implementing change management and data governance frameworks.
• Experience managing SaaS tools like Gong, Outreach, Marketo, or Clari.

Nice to have

• Experience building new business functions or architectural infrastructure from the ground up.
• Proven ability to balance long-term platform governance with daily tactical support.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Architect.
