Solution Architect (Fintech/AWS): Designing target solution architectures for financial institutions to integrate an AI-native decision platform into complex core banking landscapes with an accent on integration patterns and enterprise security. Focus on bridging the gap between modern SaaS and legacy systems, solving complex throughput and compliance challenges for enterprise clients.

Location: Hybrid (New York Office)

Compensation: $275K – $315K OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Serve as the primary architecture counterpart for enterprise architects and technical leadership at large financial institutions.
• Design target solution architectures for integrating hirify.global into existing core banking systems, data platforms, and services.
• Lead architecture workshops and whiteboarding sessions with stakeholders ranging from engineers to CTOs.
• Own and resolve complex architectural blockers regarding integration patterns, deployment models, security, and data residency.
• Develop reusable reference architectures and integration blueprints to scale sales and engineering efforts.
• Collaborate across pre-sales and post-sales to ensure seamless deployment and commercial viability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, preferably within financial services.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of AWS and enterprise integration patterns (event-driven, APIs, streaming).
• Proven experience integrating modern SaaS platforms with legacy core banking or loan management systems.
• Strong expertise in security and compliance for regulated industries (auth patterns, encryption, data residency).
• Ability to communicate complex technical architecture to both engineering teams and executive leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI/ML or Generative AI workloads in production.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional or TOGAF certifications.
• Experience with enterprise RFPs and security/architecture reviews.
