What you will do

• Define the 2-3 year strategic vision and roadmap for the global data platform to drive business growth.
• Lead the re-architecture of the data warehouse into a world-class platform using a modern data stack.
• Build and scale a multi-tiered hirify.globalering organization, fostering a culture of technical excellence and mentorship.
• Establish global standards for data governance, quality, security, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
• Optimize the total cost of ownership (TCO) for data infrastructure and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with the C-suite to translate technical infrastructure needs into tangible business value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in Data hirify.globalering or Software hirify.globalering.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles, with experience managing other managers.
• Deep architectural expertise in Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, and Airbyte.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud migrations and transitioning from legacy to agile architectures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, hirify.globalering, or a quantitative field.
