What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact cross-functional projects in collaboration with department leadership.
  • Lead project planning, including deliverables, timelines, milestones, and budget management.
  • Implement and scale a project management framework involving workflows, templates, and scorecards.
  • Own the backlog and project boards within the Project Hub (Jira) and report on team capacity.
  • Develop success metrics to measure project adoption and drive continuous framework improvement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience managing geographically distributed stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with Jira or similar project management tooling.
  • Exceptional influencing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • HS Diploma / GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Project Management preferred.

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • 3+ years of experience at a technology or B2B software company.
