Salary: $120,000–$185,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Retail Performance Improvement team to achieve engagement objectives.
• Perform financial modeling, operational analysis, and revenue growth strategy development.
• Manage junior team members across multiple workstreams and client presentations.
• Develop high-quality reports and client deliverables.
• Lead innovative retail service offerings for consumer-facing clients.
• Apply a pragmatic, hands-on approach to solving complex operational and financial issues.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate or management consulting within the retail industry.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, particularly in Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with senior management.
• Ability to travel to client sites up to 80%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with Access, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
