Location: Hybrid role based at 1617 6th Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101, United States

Salary: $121,000–$199,000 annual, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead high-impact enterprise strategy projects supporting the Executive Team and operational leaders.
• Identify long-term growth vectors, external business development opportunities, partnerships, and investments.
• Analyze market trends, market share opportunities, and changes in the competitive landscape.
• Frame ambiguous business problems using rigorous, hypothesis-led, data-informed approaches.
• Synthesize complex information into clear written and verbal recommendations for commercial decisions.
• Translate strategic direction into execution plans, operating rhythms, and accountability across teams.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, management, consulting, investment banking, and/or retail.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-framing, and communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence change beyond formal authority.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing project team members.
