What you will do

• Lead high-impact enterprise strategy and growth projects supporting the Executive Team and operational leaders.
• Develop long-term plans, identify growth vectors, and translate strategy into multi-year delivery roadmaps with business owners.
• Identify external opportunities, including partnerships and investments, and analyze market trends, market share opportunities, and competitive changes.
• Build collaborative relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to clarify accountable deliverables, actions, and decisions.
• Frame ambiguous problems through rigorous, hypothesis-led, data-informed analysis and synthesize complex inputs into clear verbal and written recommendations.
• Translate strategic direction into execution plans and operating rhythms, manage Associate and Senior Associate project teams, and influence change beyond formal authority.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, management, consulting, investment banking, and/or the retail industry.
• Strong ownership and impact orientation, measured by enterprise adoption of solutions and resulting business outcomes.
• High intellectual curiosity, humility to learn, and courage to challenge assumptions.
• Strategic mindset capable of balancing attention to detail with broader strategic ideas.
• Passion for managing and developing top-tier talent through coaching, feedback, and proactive opportunity creation.
