What you will do

• Manage the quarterly valuation process for institutional real estate funds and investment vehicles.
• Perform advanced quantitative analysis using Excel, VBA, and data simulation tools.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and geospatial maps to improve client deliverables.
• Lead project engagements to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Review and mentor junior staff and audit third-party appraisal reports for USPAP compliance.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with client firms.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Statistics, Data/Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work in New York, NY.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and VBA for complex tasks and automation.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate Valuation, Asset Management, or Underwriting.
• Expertise in financial modeling for commercial property types using ARGUS.
• Strong project management and professional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with R or Python for statistical programming.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
