What you will do

• Manage daily workflows and quarterly valuation processes for institutional real estate funds.
• Develop advanced Excel tools using VBA, Power Query, and Power Pivot for data simulation and analytics.
• Create data visualizations including dashboards, geospatial maps, and correlation matrices.
• Review third-party appraisal reports for compliance with USPAP and State regulations.
• Mentor and review the work of junior staff to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients to manage project timelines, budgets, and portfolio metric presentations.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Statistics, Data/Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta, GA office.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and VBA programming.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate Valuation, Asset Management, Acquisitions, or Underwriting.
• Expertise in financial modeling for commercial property types using ARGUS.
• Proven track record of managing client deliverable lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of R or Python for statistical programming.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
