Manager, Client Consulting (AI)

Location: Ashburn, Virginia, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $122,400–$195,300 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of benchmarking and portfolio optimization engagements, including problem framing, analytical design, execution oversight, quality assurance, and client delivery.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, defensible insights and present findings to senior issuer stakeholders.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and agent-based tools for data validation, analysis, presentation creation, and insight generation.
• Improve delivery efficiency, consistency, scalability, and cycle time through automation and process improvements.
• Ensure analytical rigor, accuracy, compliance, and consistent use of methodologies, templates, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Directors, Analytics, Product, and Sales teams while guiding and coaching Analysts.

Requirements

• Availability to work in the United States with at least 3 days per week in the Ashburn office.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.
• Deep expertise in benchmarking and portfolio optimization analytics, including spend, growth, engagement, attrition, and segmentation-based diagnostics.
• Ability to independently own complex workstreams and deliver outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, executive-ready communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience applying AI tools, automation, or agent-based solutions to analytical or consulting workflows.
