What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize star schemas, data vaults, and semantic models for analytical and operational workloads.
• Manage performance tuning, query optimization, and monitoring across the semantic layer in Snowflake.
• Translate business requirements from Finance, Operations, and Commercial units into scalable, analytics-ready datasets.
• Develop and maintain data modeling standards, glossaries, lineage, and technical documentation.
• Utilize Python, R, and SQL for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis tasks.
• Support security and compliance requirements including access control and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
• Advanced SQL proficiency across platforms such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, or Postgres.
• Strong experience with dimensional modeling, star schemas, and KPI frameworks.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman.
• Comfortable using agentic AI tools and LLM assistants to accelerate development and data modeling.
