What you will do

• Own and optimize dashboards for pipeline generation, forecast, and ARR.
• Build and maintain capacity, quota, and productivity models within hirify.global.
• Develop analytical "skills" as version-controlled code for the GTM Cortex analytics layer.
• Design data pipelines from Salesforce, Gong, and Netsuite.
• Partner with Sales leadership to provide insights on win rates and coverage.
• Drive adoption of AI-driven workflows and Analyst/Modeler AI agents.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or BI.
• Advanced SQL and experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Strong background in SaaS sales metrics (ARR, pipeline gen, quota attainment, forecast accuracy).
• Proficiency with BI/planning tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience supporting enterprise Sales or RevOps.
• Must be based in New York (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Direct experience with hirify.global.
• Knowledge of dbt, Python, or analytics engineering.
• Experience with Claude Code or MCP-based data access.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Clari, or Amplitude.
• B2B enterprise SaaS experience.
