What you will do

• Own and deliver end-to-end data pipelines and models for Sales and Product analytics.
• Design and maintain dimensional data models using dbt in Snowflake.
• Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to create holistic customer and product lifecycle views.
• Implement testing frameworks, monitoring, and documentation to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Operationalize insights through reverse ETL workflows.
• Mentor team members through design reviews and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering within a modern data stack.
• Strong expertise in SQL and dbt for building production-grade data models.
• Proficiency in Python for orchestration and tooling.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with data testing, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sales Operations, compensation, or GTM analytics.
• Familiarity with reverse ETL tools, Airflow, Fivetran, or Workato.
• AWS experience (S3, EC2, Lambda) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Exposure to experimentation frameworks or product analytics systems.
• Experience with data privacy controls and compliance.
