Salary: $173,000 – $242,500 (Potential up to $277,000 based on performance)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from business question clarification to the delivery of executive-ready recommendations.
• Develop measurement strategies and define new metrics to inform organizational health and talent reviews.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to influence strategies through data-driven insights.
• Act as a bridge between HR/business stakeholders and product teams to develop AI-native analytics experiences.
• Design and deliver learning labs and coaching to upskill partners on data literacy and AI-assisted analytics.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Science and Data Engineering to validate models and optimize data sources.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in People Analytics and stakeholder-facing consulting roles.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Analytics, Data Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related quantitative field.
• Fluency in R or Python, SQL, and Tableau.
• Experience extracting and combining large, unstructured datasets from multiple sources (e.g., Workday).
• Advanced understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
• Must be based in the United States (Seattle, WA).

Nice to have

• Experience with Qualtrics and DataBricks.
• Knowledge of ONA (Organizational Network Analysis).
• Proficiency in using AI for prompt engineering and code acceleration.
