Salary: $76,376 – $127,293 per annum

What you will do

• Drive day-to-day operations of multiple complex projects simultaneously through the full lifecycle.
• Structure and facilitate weekly steering and alignment meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain robust project workflows with a focus on RAID reporting.
• Partner with the Head of Ice Hockey to integrate new technology products into live operations.
• Collaborate with the Global PMO to introduce corporate best practices and standardized tools.
• Manage Jira and Confluence to ensure project documentation and action items are up to date.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA
• Proven track record of managing multiple related projects simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in project governance, framework structuring, and RAID log management.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in corporate matrix environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with foundational understanding of data analytics or software deployment.
• 3+ years of experience in technology, media, logistics, or live operations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agile delivery methods and product development lifecycles.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS.
• General understanding of or passion for the game of hockey.
