What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across project teams, technical resources, and the CTO organization.
• Review technical and architectural documentation to ensure scalable and resilient solutions.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, change requests, and remediation plans.
• Track progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead resource planning, budgeting, and work breakdown structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, SharePoint).
• Strong risk management, budgeting, and project governance expertise.

Nice to have

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.
• Background in vulnerability remediation and cybersecurity projects.
• Experience working within government or highly regulated environments.
