Compensation: $110,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Scale the existing talent matching program from manual execution to a robust, repeatable system.
• Define and own the end-to-end vetting experience for GTM Engineering talent.
• Build and manage the enterprise-side pipeline, including sourcing and qualification.
• Personally run the matching motion, utilizing high-touch judgment and pattern-matching.
• Develop strategies to help GTM teams attract, assess, and retain top-tier talent.
• Generate excitement and awareness for the GTM Engineer role within the tech community.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from New York or San Francisco.
• Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or GTM-focused hiring.
• Demonstrated success in scaling a talent function, marketplace, or two-sided community.
• Comfortable with high-touch, relationship-driven work involving frequent candidate calls.
• Strong judgment and taste in using AI tools effectively for problem-solving.
