What you will do

• Lead and scale the talent sourcing team responsible for securing Domain Expert Contributors for the Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business.
• Build a scalable sourcing engine to identify, engage, and activate expert talent across highly specialized domains.
• Develop direct sourcing strategies, including talent mapping, market research, and pipeline generation.
• Partner with the DaaS Supply team to translate business priorities into actionable sourcing plans.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers.
• Evaluate and optimize sourcing tools and AI-enabled recruiting workflows using data-driven metrics.

Requirements

• Experience building and leading talent sourcing or contributor acquisition teams for hard-to-fill profiles.
• Deep expertise in direct sourcing strategy, Boolean search, talent mapping, and sourcing operations.
• Track record of building scalable sourcing systems, playbooks, and operating models.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose pipeline gaps and forecast capacity.
• Experience managing recruiting teams in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in New York City or San Francisco.

• Experience sourcing experts for AI, machine learning, data annotation, or technical evaluation projects.
