Recruiter (Applied AI): Scaling the Applied AI team by hiring Pre-Sales architects and technical advisors to facilitate the deployment of Claude in large enterprises with an accent on technical sourcing and GTM strategy. Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). All staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $175,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Applied AI roles, including Solutions Architects and Pre-Sales Engineers.
• Partner with leadership to develop hiring strategies aligned with global GTM objectives.
• Execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to find candidates with technical depth and business acumen.
• Build talent pipelines specializing in LLMs, cloud architecture, and enterprise software integration.
• Leverage Claude and other AI tools to enhance recruiting efficiency and personalization.
• Provide data-driven insights on compensation trends and talent availability in the Applied AI market.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for customer-facing technical roles requiring deep technical knowledge.
• Understanding of technical requirements for LLMs, APIs, cloud architectures, and enterprise systems.
• Ability to assess candidates' capacity to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with technical hiring managers.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco to comply with the hybrid office policy (25% onsite).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of technical or technical sales recruiting experience, ideally in GTM organizations.
• Direct experience recruiting for pre-sales/solutions engineering in the AI/ML space.
• Success working within hypergrowth environments at enterprise software companies.
• Technical background or a history of recruiting for highly specialized technical roles.
