Salary: $185,000–$260,000 base per year + 15% discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Negotiate, draft, and manage SaaS, technology, licensing, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Advise the People team on recruitment, employment law, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Implement AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline legal research, contract review, and workflow.
• Oversee corporate governance, entity management, and data privacy compliance (including DPIAs and ROPAs).
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to provide strategic legal counsel and facilitate deal execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Extensive experience in negotiating complex commercial SaaS and technology contracts.
• Fluency across multiple AI platforms and proficiency with Salesforce CRM tools.

• Previous experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or technology companies.
• Experience supporting global or multi-jurisdictional organizations.
• Expertise in privacy, risk management, or corporate governance.
