Location: Must be based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office)

Salary: $143,405 – $207,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide tactical legal support for HR products including handbooks, labor law posters, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Review product requirements to identify compliance and regulatory risks early in the development process.
• Develop compliance artifacts to seed the compliance rules engine and maintain the Legal Single Source of Truth hub.
• Build AI-driven workflows, playbooks, and structured frameworks to standardize review processes and reduce risk.
• Monitor legislative changes and regulatory developments to assess product impact.
• Support vendor onboarding, partner integrations, and GTM communications.

Requirements

• JD degree and membership in a State bar with a current license to practice law.
• 5+ years of legal experience, including a deep understanding of employment law and litigation.
• Experience using AI tools to deliver efficiency in individual work and process development.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and strong working relationships across teams.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on progress and teamwork.
• Must be based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York.
