What you will do

• Develop and analyze financial reconciliations, reports, and variance explanations to ensure reporting integrity.
• Create and maintain annual budgets and forecasts for multiple business units and departments.
• Provide data-driven insights and financial recommendations to stakeholders and project leads.
• Drive continuous improvements in month-end close processes and operational performance metrics reporting.
• Identify and implement financial process improvements leveraging AI and process automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience with financial data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Proven ability in data management and producing detailed analytical reports.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no immigration sponsorship provided).
