What you will do

• Consolidate forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning for semiconductor test programs and product lines.
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting revenue, margin, and investment choices.
• Leverage AI and advanced tools to enhance forecasting, anomaly detection, and financial support.
• Build scalable data models and Power BI dashboards to improve visibility into key performance indicators.
• Streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy through automation and system enhancements.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for quarterly business reviews and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis within technology, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience with ERP and planning tools such as Oracle or Hyperion.
• Must be based in North Reading, MA; no visa sponsorship available.

• Experience using AI or machine learning tools to enhance financial analysis and process automation.
• Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical or predictive techniques.
