What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for proposal, execution, and closeout phases.
• Analyze program costs to identify trends and recommend cost-optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and program management to align financial objectives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance-analysis activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Must be a US Citizen or hold a US Security Clearance.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and working with complex data sets.
• Ability to lead projects to completion and drive team results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with FP&A and Proposal Capture.
• Background in the Defense industry.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Cobra, Oracle, or SAP S4.
• Experience using AI in a business environment.
