What you will do

• Serve as the primary FP&A contact for newly acquired entities, building relationships with local finance and operational leaders.
• Standardize charts of accounts, reporting templates, and financial definitions to integrate new businesses into corporate systems.
• Prepare monthly financial reviews, variance analyses, and consolidated corporate reporting packages for leadership and the board.
• Develop consolidated cash flow forecasts and perform sensitivity analysis in partnership with treasury and accounting.
• Implement process improvements and reporting automation to support a growing, multi-entity organization.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with M&A due diligence, integration, or post-merger reporting.
• Experience with FP&A planning tools such as Adaptive, Pigment, or Anaplan.
