What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles.
• Standardize management-ready outputs including GM bridge and EBITDA variance analysis.
• Coordinate forecasting processes across business units and manage planning application users.
• Partner with BI teams to resolve data quality issues and develop new reporting solutions.
• Drive automation and process improvements across corporate finance workflows.
• Prepare financial materials for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A or financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management tools like Oracle EPM or Hyperion.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and variance analysis skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Seaport office.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, or SAP S/4HANA.
• Background in industrial manufacturing or medical technology.
