What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise onboardings, including account configuration such as SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, and domain verification.
• Develop tailored rollout frameworks that align product best practices with customer business structures and goals.
• Drive customer timelines and product engagement to meet activation targets.
• Collaborate to refine implementation processes and best practices for Enhanced and Premier motions.
• Partner with Customer Education and Product teams to improve the Help Center and overall product experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (primary coverage across NAMER, with occasional support for EMEA).
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large, multi-region clients.
• Technical familiarity with enterprise identity and provisioning (SSO/SAML, SCIM, domain verification).
• Proven ability to scope, plan, and deliver multi-phase projects with executive visibility.
• Confident engaging with senior decision-makers and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong autonomy and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
