What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations, tracking dependencies and risks to ensure on-time completion.
• Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to operations staff.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success.
• Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while preventing scope creep.
• Assist with hands-on configuration and debugging during resource constraints to keep projects moving.
• Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployment efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States.
• Background in software implementations or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Technical aptitude with familiarity in no-code platforms or integration projects.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech.
• Technical skills in a scripting language.
• Previous experience managing aggressive timelines with fixed deadlines.
