Salary: $123,000 – $164,000

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of customer SaaS implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and proactively manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and orchestrate UAT and performance testing.
• Drive change management through training plans, SOP updates, and post-go-live hypercare.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations, ideally within the energy or utility sector.
• Familiarity with interconnection processes, queue management, and DER integration.
• Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
• Must be a "U.S. person" (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).

Nice to have

• PMP or CSM certification.
• Working knowledge of utility/energy regulations and standards (e.g., FERC Order 2023, NERC, ISO/RTO).
• Hands-on experience with technical project delivery in a distributed team environment.
