What you will do

• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables for multiple customer deployments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project implementation activities and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather documentation and resources for successful solution delivery.
• Identify project and customer risks early and develop effective response strategies.
• Support the sales process and the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) as needed.
• Conduct occasional travel to customer sites for training and relationship management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chicago, IL
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience within a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, system perspective, and diligent process analysis skills.
• Technical proficiency with Professional Services and CRM tools.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing products and respond strategically to customer needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with government budgeting concepts and practices.
• Familiarity with finance or budgeting software solutions.
