What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain visibility implementations from contract signature through hypercare.
• Manage project budgets ranging from $150K to $1M+, including forecasting, resource allocation, and variance analysis.
• Lead formal governance, including executive steering committees and status reviews with C-suite stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, solution architects, and third-party integration partners.
• Drive adoption of standard implementation methodologies while adapting to customer-specific organizational constraints.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize delivery playbooks, and provide feedback to Product Management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or ERP environments.
• Proven track record managing project budgets of $100K+ and multiple concurrent enterprise implementations.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, Manhattan) and supply chain integration patterns.
• Must be based in the USA with ability to travel to customer sites (10-20% travel expectation).
• Strong proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
