Design Coordinator (Workplace Design)

Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Review furniture plans, architectural drawings, and interior design documents for accuracy and alignment with program requirements.
• Validate finish palettes and furniture selections against brand standards and project goals.
• Manage design review comments and track approvals across executive and branding stakeholders.
• Coordinate across vendors and internal teams to maintain project momentum and drive design decisions.
• Maintain CAD files for existing sites and support occasional test fits.
• Develop and maintain global workplace design guidelines to ensure scalability and consistency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in workplace design or project coordination.
• Experience reviewing architectural and interior design documents.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Google Suite.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Must be based in Sunnyvale, CA.
