Interior Designer II

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; travel across nationwide client and project locations is required.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Participate in conceptual design and support projects through completion with the project team.
• Develop the lead technical viewpoint and recommend technical solutions and product strategies.
• Create marketing, presentation, and design materials.
• Present design and technical solutions to clients and manage ongoing correspondence.
• Represent hirify.global at community and civic events and contribute to design, culture, and sustainability councils.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 5–10 years of experience with interior architecture and design projects, supported by a portfolio demonstrating design and technical capabilities.
• NCIDQ certification or active progress toward licensure.
• Competence with Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, and 3D modeling and rendering.
• Strong written and spoken communication, presentation, interpersonal, and colleague-coaching skills.

Nice to have

• Interest in obtaining LEED and/or WELL accreditation.
• Prior experience with AI tools.
