Salary: $280,000 - $340,000

What you will do

• Recruit, hire, and develop a team of Solutions Architects focused on strategic new-logo acquisition.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Strategic Account Executives to execute account-based acquisition strategies.
• Drive consistent execution of qualification, technical discovery, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Position hirify.global successfully against competing technologies and alternative architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface prospect needs, objections, and market trends.
• Convert successful evaluations into reusable playbooks, reference architectures, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering, with 2+ years leading technical pre-sales teams.
• Proven success in open-source, developer-tools, or infrastructure-software companies.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in at least one of the supported languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern deployment tooling (CI/CD, containers).
• Must be based in the United States.
