Salary: $183,330.00-352,540.00 USD

What you will do
- Advocate for the technical capabilities of products through a solutions-led approach to business and IT.
- Manage end-customer technical relationships and provide expertise to drive product adoption.
- Develop advanced technical solutions that address customer business needs and create demand for products.
- Partner with OEMs, ISVs, and SIs to optimize the solution stack including software and services.
- Gather and convey customer feedback as strategic input for the product development roadmap.
- Deliver presentations and keynotes at industry forums to position the company as a thought leader.
Requirements
- Must reside within 25 miles of Dallas, TX.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship is available.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in system architecture, performance engineering, or technical pre-sales.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise IT, including Edge, Data Center, Storage, Networking, and AI.
- Ability to travel 20% or more as business needs arise.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oil and Gas and FSI (Financial Services Industry) workloads.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, Agentic-AI, cloud-native workloads, or edge computing.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud migration.
- Familiarity with AMD and NVIDIA architectures, including ROCm and CUDA ecosystems.
- Programming and application development/optimization skills.
