What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of 5-10 software engineers.
• Collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders to prioritize application development and support.
• Aid in the development and execution of the application roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure applications are designed for scale, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive quality-driven outcomes while managing timeline pressures and customer needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of direct experience in an engineering manager role leading at least 5 engineers.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, or Go.
• Experience with Agile SDLC, Jira, GitHub, and CI/CD environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, MongoDB, Docker, and/or Microsoft Azure.
