Salary: $150,800 – $241,200

What you will do

• Define and execute the engineering roadmap for Unified Hybrid FinOps capabilities.
• Lead the adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI across engineering workflows.
• Build scalable enterprise SaaS solutions spanning public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Partner with platform engineering and DevOps teams to improve productivity and release automation.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Finance to enable strategic portfolio and investment planning.
• Build, mentor, and develop world-class, globally distributed engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering managers and global engineering teams.
• Strong experience building enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience designing cloud-native distributed systems.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development and engineering delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Software Portfolio Management (SPM) and Value Stream Management.
• Expertise in LLM integration, AI Agents, MCP, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Background in Hybrid Cloud Financial Management and engineering productivity.
