Salary: $150,800 – $241,200

What you will do
- Define and execute the engineering roadmap for Unified Hybrid FinOps capabilities.
- Lead the adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI across engineering workflows.
- Build scalable enterprise SaaS solutions spanning public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Partner with platform engineering and DevOps teams to improve productivity and release automation.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Finance to enable strategic portfolio and investment planning.
- Build, mentor, and develop world-class, globally distributed engineering teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading engineering managers and global engineering teams.
- Strong experience building enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience designing cloud-native distributed systems.
- Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development and engineering delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience with Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Software Portfolio Management (SPM) and Value Stream Management.
- Expertise in LLM integration, AI Agents, MCP, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Background in Hybrid Cloud Financial Management and engineering productivity.
