What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical leadership for a small engineering team in designing and deploying core product features.
• Manage, scale, and develop the engineering team through mentoring and motivation.
• Collaborate with product, data, and behavioral health specialists to align technical goals with business needs.
• Enforce software development best practices and ensure high standards for quality and security.
• Balance short-term execution with a long-term technical vision for platform evolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience developing enterprise or consumer web applications.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong project management skills and a bias toward action.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools, agentic development, and LLMs applied to healthcare or automation.
• Prior startup experience.
