What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue opportunities for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products.
• Execute executive-level selling by initiating calls, developing proposals, and building trust with high-level target accounts.
• Manage the sales process by targeting buyers and influencers to overcome obstacles and win deals.
• Interact with C-level executives with professionalism and executive presence.
• Attend surgical procedures to remain informed of industry trends and customer needs.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal business units, customer service, and credit departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience with capital or disruptive technology within the medical device industry.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Frequent business travel required, including ability to work non-standard schedules and on-call hours.
• Ability to comply with vaccination and immunization requirements (e.g., COVID-19, Influenza) to access clinical settings.
