What you will do

• Submit contract attachment paperwork to suppliers and distributors via approved portals and email channels.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve pre-submission issues and validate required submission elements.
• Monitor and track supplier acknowledgments, approvals, and rejections to drive the cycle to closure.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in CRM and case management systems.
• Adhere to SOPs and SLA requirements to ensure all activity is traceable and audit-ready.
• Identify recurring documentation or submission issues and escalate trends to leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and corporate structure).
• Experience in contract operations, procurement, or a GPO-facing role.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate CRM records and strong data hygiene habits.
• Ability to manage high-volume, repeatable work with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external correspondence.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience working within a healthcare or pharmacy company.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or operations.
• Experience using automation platforms and scripting tools.
