Salary: $21 - 24 per hour

What you will do

• Handle incoming clinical inquiries, perform triage, and route notes to providers via EHR.
• Communicate lab results to patients and ensure timely delivery of medical documents.
• Manage daily schedules to ensure pre-visit preparations and medical record updates are complete.
• Conduct patient reminders to minimize no-shows and initiate social service referrals.
• Prepare disability forms, home health orders, and medical equipment requests for provider signature.
• Assist in reporting and identifying vulnerable populations to provide community-based referrals.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalency.
• 2-4 years of healthcare experience in outpatient clinics (specialty clinics strongly preferred).
• Must be based in the US and work in CST time zone.
• Ability to travel quarterly to Houston, TX.
