What you will do

• Facilitate monthly IBP cycles to enable proactive, data-driven decision-making.
• Align operational execution plans with financial targets to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to manage risks, trade-offs, and strategic priorities.
• Implement AI, machine learning, and business intelligence solutions to enhance planning efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in process standardization and data quality.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or Engineering.
• Proven history of facilitating effective cross-functional reviews.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and metrics management.
• Experience with planning systems such as SAP or Quintiq.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
