What you will do

• Support order management applications and provide daily operational support via ticketing systems.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and simplify business processes using modern digital technologies.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions for the order-to-delivery lifecycle.
• Partner with global cross-functional teams to enhance order management processes and systems.
• Train users on new digital tools and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Participate in Product Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement.
• Hands-on experience with ordering systems, preferably SAP and its Supply Chain functionalities.
• Proficiency with Power BI and application of Lean principles.
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or Marketing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise business systems.
• Experience supporting dealers and order management activities.
