What you will do

• Facilitate monthly affiliate S&OP processes and lead core meetings involving VP-level participants and commercial stakeholders.
• Consolidate monthly demand forecasting for US Commercial and ensure accuracy within OMP planning software.
• Track forecast accuracy and bias, conducting root-cause analysis to mitigate portfolio risks and improve metrics.
• Design automated workflows and lead the adoption of Agentic AI and predictive analytics to modernize decision systems.
• Build and maintain KPIs and predictive dashboards using Tableau to proactively monitor portfolio health.
• Serve as the primary US representative within the global statistical forecasting network to share best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Healthcare, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical industry focusing on supply chain, S&OP, and demand planning.
• Advanced proficiency in OMP, SAP, BW, and Tableau, including the ability to validate data pipelines for AI/ML models.
• Deep familiarity with structured operational methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks.
• Strong ability to translate complex data visualizations into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
